The work involved:

• Coordination of project planning and execution of complex and challenging international installation projects
• self-dependent planning of shop drawing and execution of audio-visual installations
• creation of 2D/3D layout and detail schemes, block diagrams and other technical documentation
• creation and supervision of timing and construction schedules
• execution of internal and external project meetings
• quality and budget management
• coordination with clients and subcontractors
• coordination and cooperation with project managers, construction managers, purchasing and logistics department
• continuous project reporting

Your strengths, qualifications & experience:

• Completed vocational training or university degree in media or event technology
• Minimum of three years of experience as technical planner – ideally in the fields of media installations and system integration
• Excellent knowledge in VectorWorks
• Sound knowledge of ConnectCAD are desirable
• Good command of MS Project and MS Office
